Service Agreement:
Our services are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment:
Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Liability:
We will take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our services are performed safely and efficiently. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur as a result of our services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Top Notch Services Pgh harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
